He comes to the role of principal with a wealth of leadership experience and has worked across the Midlands for four different school academy trusts in a variety of different roles including head of faculty, leader of learning, key stage co-ordinator, assistant headteacher and standards and progress leader. During his time as vice principal, Mr Leach played a central role in maintaining a high standard of teaching and learning. Mr Leach is joining the academy from Noel Baker Academy, where he worked as the vice principal for four years.
